Same Day Flyer Printing
Need 11x17 flyers today? Order up to 1,000 before the cutoff and we print them the same day, with no rush fee.
- No rush fee. Same-day service is included at standard pricing. You don't pay extra for speed.
- Print-ready files only. Same-day production goes ahead only if your file has no issues. If we spot a problem, we email you right away, and as long as the corrected final file is in by 11:30 AM your order still runs the same day.
- Business days only. Same-day printing runs Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are printed on the next business day.
- No finishing on same-day orders. Half fold, tri-fold, and other post-press finishing require additional production time and can't be completed the same day.
- High-volume days may push to the next business day. When the same-day queue is full, your order is released the following business day. We'll let you know as soon as we can.
- Questions about your deadline? Call us at +1 (818) 213-5871 before you order and we'll confirm what's possible today.

Frequently Asked Questions
Same-day timing, quantities, pricing, paper, and order changes.
1What time is the same day printing cutoff?
11:30 AM Pacific Time. Order by then with a print-ready file and your 11x17 flyers are printed the same day, with no rush fee.
2How many 11x17 flyers can I order?
Our minimum is 50 flyers, and same-day printing covers up to 1,000. Orders above 1,000 move to standard production and ship within 2 business days.
If you need more than 1,000 flyers on a tight deadline, call us at +1 (818) 213-5871 before ordering and we'll tell you what the day's press schedule allows.
3Is same day printing available on weekends and holidays?
No. Same-day printing runs Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday orders go to press on the next business day.
4Do I have to pick up my same-day order, or can it be shipped?
Either works. Same-day orders are ready for pickup between 4:00 and 5:00 PM, which is convenient if you're in Los Angeles or the San Fernando Valley. Our current pickup address is listed in the footer of every page on RedPrinting.com, so please check there before heading over.
If you'd rather not drive, we ship same-day orders out the same day they're printed, so your flyers are in transit a full business day or two earlier than standard turnaround.
5Is there a rush fee for same day flyer printing?
No. Many printers add 25% to 50% for rush turnaround. We don't charge anything extra for same-day service. You pay the same price shown in the table above whether your order goes out today or in two business days.
6What happens if there's a problem with my print file?
We check every file before printing. If something is wrong, such as missing bleed, low resolution, RGB color, or unoutlined fonts, we send you an email explaining the issue so you can correct it.
Same-day printing still applies as long as the corrected final file is ready by 11:30 AM Pacific. If the fix comes in after that, your order moves to the next available production run.
7Can I cancel my order or replace my file after ordering?
Only before your job goes to press. Presses begin running at 10:00 AM Pacific.
Once printing has started, the file cannot be replaced and the order cannot be cancelled. To make a change, call us at +1 (818) 213-5871. Email and order notes are not fast enough to catch a job before it prints, so please phone us directly.
8Why are your 11x17 flyer prices so much lower than other printers?
Because the cost comes out of the process, not out of the product. We deliberately run a lean operation: no sales team working commissions into your quote, no design department to fund, no layers of order handling between your file and the press.
Files arrive print-ready, so nobody spends billable hours fixing artwork. Jobs are batched so the presses run at full capacity instead of sitting idle between short runs. Every hour of unnecessary work we eliminate comes off the price you pay.
What we don't do is compromise on what's actually in your hands. The paper, the presses, and the color standards are the same ones a shop charging double would use. Low price is an operations problem we solved, not a quality decision we made.
9Do you offer design services for 11x17 flyers?
Not at this time. We print from finished, print-ready artwork only, which is part of how we keep prices low and turnaround fast.
Follow the file setup guide above and your artwork will be ready to submit. If you're unsure whether your file meets spec, call us before ordering and we'll talk it through.
10What paper are your 11x17 flyers printed on?
All 11x17 flyers are printed on 100lb gloss text paper (148gsm). This is text weight, not cover weight. It's the standard stock for flyers, flexible enough to fold, stack, and hand out, while feeling noticeably heavier and more premium than copy paper.
If you're expecting the rigidity of 100lb Cover (about 270gsm), that's a different, much thicker stock used for postcards and business cards.
11Will the back side show through on double-sided flyers?
No. The gloss coating on 100lb text paper keeps ink sitting on the surface rather than soaking into the sheet, so artwork printed on one side won't be visible from the other.
Dark backgrounds, full-bleed photography, and solid color blocks all print cleanly on both sides.
12Can 11x17 flyers be folded?
Yes. Half fold produces a 4-panel booklet measuring 8.5" × 11" folded, and tri-fold produces three equal panels for a large-format brochure.
Keep in mind that folding is a finishing step performed after printing, so folded orders are not eligible for same-day printing. Folded 11x17 flyers ship within 2 business days.

Artwork Guidelines That Get
Every File Print-Ready
Every file submitted to RedPrinting is reviewed by a real person before it goes to press. This guide walks you through file formats, resolution, bleed, and cut lines — so your stickers, labels, and cards come out exactly the way you designed them.
Not a Designer? We'll Handle It
Free artwork setup is included with every order.
You don't need design software or print experience to order from us. Send us your image in any common format and our in-house design team will build the print file for you — adding bleed, positioning the cut line, and adjusting the resolution at no extra charge.
If your artwork needs a change we can't make on our own, we'll email you before printing. Nothing goes to press without your approval.
The Three Lines on Every Template
Understand these and your file will cut clean every time.
Accepted File Formats
Vector files give the sharpest results, but we accept high-resolution raster files too.
| Format | Type | Best For | Recommended |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI | Vector | Logos, text, line art, custom shapes | Best |
| Vector | Print-ready files with fonts outlined | Best | |
| EPS | Vector | Legacy vector artwork | Best |
| PSD | Raster | Layered photo-based designs | Good |
| PNG | Raster | Designs needing a transparent background | Good |
| JPG | Raster | Photographs and full-color images | Good |
| TIFF | Raster | High-quality scanned or photo artwork | Good |

- Outline your fonts – Convert all text to outlines or curves so typefaces render correctly on our end.
- Use CMYK color mode – Printing is a CMYK process. RGB files are converted automatically, and bright neon or vivid blues may shift slightly.
- Flatten transparency – Complex transparency and drop shadows can behave unpredictably; flatten them before exporting.
- Embed or attach linked images – Missing links are the most common reason a file gets sent back.
Image Resolution
300 DPI at final print size is the target.
Resolution is measured at the size the artwork will actually be printed. A 300 DPI image looks crisp on a 2-inch sticker but turns soft when stretched across a 24-inch poster. Always check the pixel dimensions against the finished size, not against how the file looks on screen.
Web images pulled from a website or social media are usually 72 DPI, which is roughly a quarter of the detail we need. Enlarging a low-resolution file doesn't add detail back — it only makes the softness more visible.
Low-quality artwork? Send it anyway. Our designers will do everything possible to bring it up to print standard, and we'll tell you honestly if a file won't hold up.
Choosing Your Material
Where the sticker will live decides which stock to use.
- Waterproof and tear-resistant
- Resists fading from sun and weather
- Holds up on bottles, laptops, and cars
- Higher cost per sticker
- Thin, smooth, and easy to write on
- Noticeably lower cost per sticker
- Ideal for packaging, boxes, and mailers
- Not water- or weather-resistant
Clear stickers are printed on transparent vinyl, so the surface underneath becomes part of the design. They're waterproof, tear-resistant, and work beautifully on glass bottles, cups, laptops, and windows where a white sticker edge would look out of place.
Because there's no white backing, light colors and white ink behave differently than they do on paper. Designs with bold shapes, dark colors, or deliberate negative space tend to read best.
Setting Up Sticker Sheets
Multiple designs and sizes on a single sheet.
Sticker sheets let you print several different designs together on one backing sheet. Our sheet templates come pre-populated with placeholder artwork that you replace with your own files.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
The issues that most often send a file back for revision.
- No bleed on the background – Artwork that stops at the die line leaves white edges when the cut shifts. Extend it a full 0.075 inch past the finished edge.
- Text too close to the edge – Anything outside the safe area can be trimmed off. Pull text and logos at least 0.075 inch inside the die line.
- Low-resolution images – Artwork saved from a website prints soft and pixelated. Work from the original high-resolution file whenever possible.
- Live fonts not outlined – Fonts we don't have installed get substituted. Convert all type to outlines before exporting.
- RGB color mode – Vivid RGB colors can't always be matched in CMYK. Design in CMYK to see accurate colors from the start.
- Die line left in the artwork – The cut line is a guide, not a design element. Remove it or keep it on its own separate layer.
- Wrong template size – Make sure the template you downloaded matches the size you actually ordered.
