Thick 14pt Glossy Stock
11x17 cardstock flyers are built for promotions that need to stand up, hang on a wall, or sit on a counter for weeks. Use them as tabloid-size flyers, sturdy posters, menus, or counter signs. Order up to 1,000 11x17 cardstock flyers before 11:00 AM Pacific and we print them the same day at no extra charge, ready for Los Angeles pickup that afternoon or shipped out the same day. Single-sided or double-sided, with optional half fold and tri-fold on double-sided orders.

- Print-ready files only. Same-day production goes ahead only if your file has no issues. If we spot a problem, we let you know right away by text, email, or both. If the corrected file is in by 11:00 AM, your order still runs the same day. If it arrives after 11:00 AM, your order ships the next business day. 11x17 Cardstock Flyer Folding Options
Turn your 11x17 cardstock flyer into a sturdy brochure or menu. Every fold is scored first, and folding is available on double-sided orders.
11x17 is the go-to size for folded pieces. Most customers half fold an 11x17 flyer so the finished piece is letter size (8.5" × 11") with four panels: a front cover, two inside pages, and a back cover. It's the classic format for restaurant menus, event and church programs, school newsletters, and product catalogs.
14pt cardstock is mostly used for half fold. The thick stock makes a rigid, cover-weight folder that feels premium in hand and can stand up on a table or counter. If you need a lighter folded flyer for handing out in volume, our 11x17 flyers on 100lb gloss text paper fold easily into half fold or tri-fold.

11x17 Cardstock Flyers FAQ
Same-day timing, files and bleed, paper, folding, and shipping.
1What time is the same day printing cutoff?
11:00 AM Pacific Time. Order by then with a print-ready file and your 11x17 cardstock flyers are printed the same day, with no rush fee.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM, or corrected files received after 11:00 AM, ship the next business day.
2How many 11x17 cardstock flyers can I order?
You can order from 50 to 5,000 flyers. Same-day printing covers up to 1,000. Orders of 2,000 or more are not eligible for same-day printing and take 1 to 2 business days to produce.
If you need more than 1,000 flyers on a tight deadline, call us at +1 (818) 213-5871 before ordering and we'll tell you what the day's press schedule allows.
3Is same day printing available on weekends and holidays?
No. Same-day printing runs Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday orders go to press on the next business day.
4Is same-day shipping guaranteed?
Same-day is our standard, but it is not a guarantee. On days with an unusually high order volume, or if something goes wrong in production, your order may ship the next business day.
Excluding orders with file issues, more than 99% of our same-day orders have shipped the same day.
5Do I have to pick up my same-day order, or can it be shipped?
Either works. Same-day orders are ready for pickup between 4:00 and 5:00 PM, which is convenient if you're in Los Angeles or the San Fernando Valley.
If you'd rather not drive, we ship same-day orders out the same day they're printed. For our pickup address and delivery times by region, see our shipping information.
6Is there a rush fee for same day flyer printing?
No. Many printers add 25% to 50% for rush turnaround. We don't charge anything extra for same-day service. You pay the same price shown in the table above whether your order goes out today or in two business days.
7What happens if there's a problem with my print file?
We check every file before printing. If something is wrong, such as low resolution, RGB color, or unoutlined fonts, we let you know by text, email, or both so you can correct it.
A corrected file received by 11:00 AM Pacific still makes same-day printing. One received after 11:00 AM ships the next business day. If we don't receive a print-ready file within 3 business days, we cancel the order and issue a full refund.
8Can I use the standard 1/8" bleed for my 11x17 cardstock flyers?
Yes. Our bleed is 0.075" (11.15" × 17.15" document), but files set up with the US standard 1/8" bleed (11.25" × 17.25") print without any changes.
9Can I cancel my order or replace my file after ordering?
Only before your job goes to press. Presses begin running at 10:00 AM Pacific.
Once printing has started, the file cannot be replaced and the order cannot be cancelled. To make a change, call us at +1 (818) 213-5871. Email and order notes are not fast enough to catch a job before it prints, so please phone us directly.
10Why are your 11x17 cardstock flyer prices so much lower than other printers?
Because the cost comes out of the process, not out of the product. We deliberately run a lean operation: no sales team working commissions into your quote, no design department to fund, no layers of order handling between your file and the press.
Files arrive print-ready, so nobody spends billable hours fixing artwork. Jobs are batched so the presses run at full capacity instead of sitting idle between short runs. Every hour of unnecessary work we eliminate comes off the price you pay.
What we don't do is compromise on what's actually in your hands. The paper, the presses, and the color standards are the same ones a shop charging double would use. Low price is an operations problem we solved, not a quality decision we made.
11Do you offer design services for 11x17 cardstock flyers?
Not at this time. We print from finished, print-ready artwork only, which is part of how we keep prices low and turnaround fast.
Follow the file setup guide above and your artwork will be ready to submit. If you're unsure whether your file meets spec, call us before ordering and we'll talk it through.
12What cardstock are your 11x17 flyers printed on?
These 11x17 flyers are printed on 14pt glossy cardstock, about the thickness of a postcard. It stays flat and rigid, so it works well for posters, menus, and signs that need to hold up.
If you need a lighter, more flexible flyer to hand out in volume, we also offer 11x17 flyers on 100lb gloss text paper.
13Do you add aqueous coating or lamination to 11x17 cardstock flyers?
No. We don't add aqueous coating or thermal lamination to flyers, including our 14pt cardstock flyers. Coating and lamination keep paper from being recycled and are harder on the environment, so we only coat products that truly need it.
14Will the back side show through on double-sided flyers?
No. 14pt cardstock is thick and fully opaque, so artwork printed on one side won't be visible from the other.
Dark backgrounds, full-bleed photography, and solid color blocks all print cleanly on both sides.
15Can 11x17 cardstock flyers be folded?
Yes, on double-sided orders. 11x17 is one of the most popular sizes for folding: a half fold turns it into a letter size (8.5" × 11") 4-panel piece, and tri-fold produces three equal panels for a large-format brochure. On 14pt cardstock, half fold is the most common choice because it makes a sturdy, cover-weight folder.
We score every fold line before folding, so 14pt cardstock folds cleanly without cracking. Scoring and folding happen after printing, so folded orders are not eligible for same-day printing. Folding adds 1 to 2 business days after printing.
16What if my 11x17 cardstock flyers arrive damaged?
We reinforce every flyer shipment, but 11x17 cardstock flyers are heavy and corners can still get bent in transit. If that happens, send us a photo through web chat and we will reprint and reship your order.

If your artwork needs a change we can't make on our own, we'll email you before printing. Nothing goes to press without your approval.
The Three Lines on Every Template
Understand these and your file will cut clean every time.
Accepted File Formats
Vector files give the sharpest results, but we accept high-resolution raster files too.
| Format | Type | Best For | Recommended |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI | Vector | Logos, text, line art, custom shapes | Best |
| Vector | Print-ready files with fonts outlined | Best | |
| EPS | Vector | Legacy vector artwork | Best |
| PSD | Raster | Layered photo-based designs | Good |
| PNG | Raster | Designs needing a transparent background | Good |
| JPG | Raster | Photographs and full-color images | Good |
| TIFF | Raster | High-quality scanned or photo artwork | Good |

- Outline your fonts – Convert all text to outlines or curves so typefaces render correctly on our end.
- Use CMYK color mode – Printing is a CMYK process. RGB files are converted automatically, and bright neon or vivid blues may shift slightly.
- Flatten transparency – Complex transparency and drop shadows can behave unpredictably; flatten them before exporting.
- Embed or attach linked images – Missing links are the most common reason a file gets sent back.
Image Resolution
300 DPI at final print size is the target.
Resolution is measured at the size the artwork will actually be printed. A 300 DPI image looks crisp on a 2-inch sticker but turns soft when stretched across a 24-inch poster. Always check the pixel dimensions against the finished size, not against how the file looks on screen.
Web images pulled from a website or social media are usually 72 DPI, which is roughly a quarter of the detail we need. Enlarging a low-resolution file doesn't add detail back — it only makes the softness more visible.
Low-quality artwork? Send it anyway. Our designers will do everything possible to bring it up to print standard, and we'll tell you honestly if a file won't hold up.
Choosing Your Material
Where the sticker will live decides which stock to use.
- Waterproof and tear-resistant
- Resists fading from sun and weather
- Holds up on bottles, laptops, and cars
- Higher cost per sticker
- Thin, smooth, and easy to write on
- Noticeably lower cost per sticker
- Ideal for packaging, boxes, and mailers
- Not water- or weather-resistant
Clear stickers are printed on transparent vinyl, so the surface underneath becomes part of the design. They're waterproof, tear-resistant, and work beautifully on glass bottles, cups, laptops, and windows where a white sticker edge would look out of place.
Because there's no white backing, light colors and white ink behave differently than they do on paper. Designs with bold shapes, dark colors, or deliberate negative space tend to read best.
Setting Up Sticker Sheets
Multiple designs and sizes on a single sheet.
Sticker sheets let you print several different designs together on one backing sheet. Our sheet templates come pre-populated with placeholder artwork that you replace with your own files.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
The issues that most often send a file back for revision.
- No bleed on the background – Artwork that stops at the die line leaves white edges when the cut shifts. Extend it a full 0.075 inch past the finished edge.
- Text too close to the edge – Anything outside the safe area can be trimmed off. Pull text and logos at least 0.075 inch inside the die line.
- Low-resolution images – Artwork saved from a website prints soft and pixelated. Work from the original high-resolution file whenever possible.
- Live fonts not outlined – Fonts we don't have installed get substituted. Convert all type to outlines before exporting.
- RGB color mode – Vivid RGB colors can't always be matched in CMYK. Design in CMYK to see accurate colors from the start.
- Die line left in the artwork – The cut line is a guide, not a design element. Remove it or keep it on its own separate layer.
- Wrong template size – Make sure the template you downloaded matches the size you actually ordered.
