Same-Day Flyer Printing in Los Angeles: How to Get Flyers Printed Today
The event is tomorrow. The grand opening is this weekend. The announcement has to go up today. When you need flyers right now, waiting a week for an online print order isn't an option. At RedPrinting, we print flyers the same day from our shop in Chatsworth, Los Angeles, with no rush fee. Here's exactly how it works.
How Same-Day Flyer Printing Works
- Order by 11:00 AM (PST), Monday to Friday. Upload a print-ready file with your order.
- We check your file and print it. If something is wrong with your file, we contact you right away.
- Pick up your flyers from 4:00 PM, or we ship them out the same day. When your order is ready, we send you a text. Many orders are ready before 4:00 PM.

- Sizes: US Letter (8.5" x 11"), Half Letter (5.5" x 8.5"), and Tabloid (11" x 17")
- Paper: 100lb Gloss Text
- Printing: Single-sided or double-sided. Both are available same day.
- Quantity: Up to 1,000 flyers per order
Need more than 1,000? Place separate orders of up to 1,000 flyers each. You can place up to 4 same-day flyer orders per day, so you can get up to 4,000 flyers the same day.
Not available same day:
- Folded flyers. We print them the same day, then fold them the next business day or the day after.
- Other paper types, such as 100lb Matte or 14pt and 16pt card stock
- Weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday are printed on the next business day.
If one customer sends 5 or more different designs in a day, or if our same-day queue is unusually full, we may not be able to finish every order the same day, even when it arrives before 11:00 AM. Our prepress team can set up only so many files each morning. If this happens, we will contact you right away.
How to Make Sure Your Order Ships Today
The number one reason a same-day order misses the cutoff is the file. Before you upload, check these three things:
- The right size. Your file should match the flyer size you ordered, plus bleed. For example, a US Letter file with bleed measures 8.65" x 11.15". A US Letter design can't be resized to Half Letter or Tabloid without stretching, so design for the size you order. (See our flyer size guide.)
- High resolution. Photos and images should be 300 dpi at the final print size. Low-resolution images look blurry or pixelated in print.
- Bleed. Extend your background 0.075" past the trim line on all four sides, and keep important text inside the trim line.
If we find a problem with your file, we don't print it. We contact you by text, email, or both. If we receive your corrected file before 11:00 AM (PST), we still print your order the same day.

Getting Your Flyers Shipped
Don't want to drive to Chatsworth? We ship same-day orders out the same afternoon by UPS or USPS. Orders shipped within Los Angeles and California usually arrive in 1–2 days.
We're also working to open a shipping location inside Los Angeles later this year, to get your flyers to you even faster.
Our Honest Advice
Same-day printing means your flyers are printed and shipped out today, not that they arrive today. If you need flyers in your hands within a few hours and can't pick them up in Chatsworth, a print shop near you may be the better choice. We would rather tell you that up front than have you miss your event.
Same-Day Flyer Prices
No rush fee, and already low prices. Same-day printing costs exactly the same as our regular printing. And our regular flyer prices are built to be as low as they can possibly go: 100 US Letter flyers are $14.99, and 1,000 are $99.99, about 10¢ per flyer. Many print shops charge extra to rush an order. We don't.

What time do I need to order for same-day flyers?
Order by 11:00 AM (PST), Monday to Friday, with a print-ready file.
When do you start printing?
We calibrate and check our presses from 8:00 AM and start printing at 10:00 AM. Our presses also run overnight, so an order placed late at night or early in the morning may already be printed by the time we open.
How many flyers can I get the same day?
Up to 1,000 flyers per order, and up to 4 same-day flyer orders per day, for a total of up to 4,000 flyers.
Can I get double-sided flyers the same day?
Yes. Both single-sided and double-sided flyers are available for same-day printing.
Can I get folded flyers the same day?
No. We print folded flyers the same day, but folding takes another 1–2 business days.
Do you print same-day flyers on weekends?
No. Same-day printing is available Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Is there a rush fee?
No. Same-day flyers cost the same as our regular flyers.
