Free Business Card Order Guideline.

1. During the promotional period, one free business card per person (the second card is 50% off).
2. A maximum of two free or discounted cards per person is allowed.
3. This free business card promotion is only available in the continental United States. (Not applicable in Guam, Puerto Rico, but available in Hawaii and Alaska).
4. Free and second card 50% off apply when conditions such as email address, shipping address, business name, and personal name are not duplicated. Free production is not possible if the business names are the same but the locations are different.
5. In the case of an individual having businesses with the same name but in different locations, free business card production is possible by using the name and email address of another person. (For example, national franchise branches can have each store employee place an order).
6. The promotion will be limited to the first 500 orders (including second cards at 50% off) and may end early.
7. No conditions related to marketing activities such as likes on social media or friend referrals.
8. Shipping costs are covered by our company.
9. It is not possible to produce 100 cards for one person and use the free production for two people.
10. With a 50% discount on the second card, a total of 400 cards can be produced for one person. In this case, order 200 cards twice with the same data and apply a 100% discount coupon for one order.
11. During the event period, all inquiries can be made through web chat, and responses will be provided sequentially.
12. Delivery status can be checked on RedPrinting My Account.
13. If the uploaded file is low resolution, the print quality will be compromised. In this case, we will send guidance via text message on the member information, and the order will be canceled. You can reorder with a high-resolution file if the order is canceled.
14. If the uploaded file has high resolution but does not comply with RedPrinting's file guidelines, there may be delays in processing.
15. After production, items will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Delivery to California takes 2 days after dispatch. If there are delays in delivery, please contact us.

File Handling Guidelines - Follow RedPrinting's design file guidelines.

• Ensure the document size is 0.15 inches or 4mm larger than the standard business card size (3.5"x2").
  
• The file will be auto-formatted to the correct size; do not include trim marks or crop marks (orders with these will be automatically canceled).
  
• Effects such as transparency, shadows, 3D, etc., may result in printing errors. Please rasterize them.
  
• Color mode should be CMYK.
  
• Maintain an image resolution of 300dpi or higher.
  

Note: When creating files on CANVA or MIRI CANVAS, RGB color composition may cause colors to appear differently than intended (e.g., black may appear as purple or brown, and pink may appear as purple or brown).
