RedPrinting Affiliate Program: Earn Commission for 3 Years on Every Referral

Most referral programs pay you once. You send a customer, you get a small thank-you, and that's the end of it.

We don't do that. When you refer someone to RedPrinting, we pay you on every order they place for three full years. Their first order, their reorder next month, the rush job before their big event next spring. You get paid on all of it.

And right now, during our launch, we're paying 8%.

Why We Pay This Much

Here's the honest answer: advertising is expensive. Every click, every ad, every "sponsored" result costs money, and most of it goes to platforms, not people.

We'd rather put that money in your pocket. If you trust us enough to recommend us to a client, a friend, or your own company, you've done more for us than any ad ever could. So we're paying you the way we'd otherwise pay for ads, and we're doing it generously.

The Deal

• 8% commission through March 31, 2027. This is our launch rate, and we're going big on purpose. After that, the standard rate is 3%. We may extend the launch rate, and we'll announce it here if we do.
• 3 years of commission per referral. You earn on every order your referral places for three years from the day they sign up. Honestly, we'd like to make it longer. We set three years because we don't have enough data yet. If the program runs smoothly, we may extend it.
• No expiration on your referral link. We didn't put a time limit on the tracking cookie. Our goal is to bring in more customers, and cutting your credit off after 30 days would work against that. Your referral stays yours as long as they don't clear their browser cookies or click another affiliate's link.
• Commission on the order amount. We calculate it on the order total, excluding shipping and sales tax.
• Orders on RedPrinting.com only. We can't track purchases on Amazon, so those don't count.
• Coupons for your referrals. Your referrals can use discount coupons, and we're adding more coupon options for them over time.
• PayPal payouts. We pay you through PayPal once your balance reaches $100. Starting in July 2027, we'll pay out every month.
• Free to join. No fees. No quotas.

Run a Small Business? Don't Just Order From Us

Small businesses use a surprising amount of print. Flyers for a promotion. Business cards for a new hire. Stickers for packaging. Postcards for loyal customers. It adds up fast.

So here's our advice: don't just place orders with us. Join the affiliate program first. Then create a separate customer account for your business with a different email address, sign it up through your own referral link, and order from that account. A share of everything your business spends on printing comes back to you for three years.

Your Company Orders a Lot of Print? Recommend Us

If you work at a company that orders flyers, signs, labels, or business cards on a regular basis, recommend RedPrinting to the person who handles purchasing. When your company orders through your link, part of what it spends on printing can become your income.

One important rule: tell your employer that you're receiving affiliate commissions. That part is between you and your company, and we can't get involved in it. We are not responsible for any legal or employment issues that come from referral commissions in an employment relationship.

How It Works in 4 Steps

1. Apply. Sign up on our affiliate registration page. We review every application and approve it within one day to one week.
2. Get your link. Once we approve you, you'll find your personal referral link in your affiliate dashboard.
3. Share it. Put it on your website, in your email signature, on your invoices, or in the note you send with a client's final files.
4. Get paid for 3 years. When your referral signs up and orders, we credit your account. Every reorder over the next three years earns you commission too.

What One Referral Can Earn You

Say you refer a coffee shop in November 2026, and they spend about $150 a month on flyers, menus, and stickers.

• November 2026 to March 2027 (8%): $12 per month, or $60 over five months
• April 2027 to October 2029 (3%): $4.50 per month, or $139.50 over 31 months
• Total over three years: about $200 from one referral

That's one coffee shop. Refer ten businesses like it, and you're looking at roughly $2,000, from recommendations you were going to make anyway. Referrals who sign up while the 8% launch rate is active earn you more from day one. The best time to start is now.

No. We only pay commission on orders placed on RedPrinting.com, because we can't track purchases made on Amazon.

How long does approval take?

We review every application and usually approve it within one day to one week.
